Viuhtille rasteilta 17,18,17;15 pistettä, yhteensä 67/80 pistettä 84% ALO 1 tulos!

Koekausi 2023 aloitettu

 Kävimme Viuhtin ja Vennyn kanssa WT kokeessa Raaseporissa. Olen tyytyväinen erityisesti Viuhtin suoritukseen hieno ALO2 tulos 63 pistettä. Vennyllä oli vähän vaikeuksia ymmärtää alokasluokan lyhyet matkat, mutta 56 pistettä ja AlO2 tulos. Olipa mukavaa käydä viiden vuoden tauon jälkeen WT kokeessa.

Viuhtille ALO2 Tampereella ❣️

 Kävimme Viuhtin kanssa Tampereella NOME-B kokeessa ja tuloksena ALO2. Toinen markkeerauksista jäi noutamatta, mutta muuten kohtuullisesti. Hiukan ottaa vielä häiriöitä toimitsijoista, joten lisää kokemusta tarvitaan, että pystyy keskittymään hommiin koko kokeen ajan.

Viuhtin kanssa Mäntän talvinomessa ❣️

 Käytiin eilen 20.3. Viuhtin kanssa Mäntän talvinomessa Korpilahdella. Olimme Kaakon Noutajakoirayhdistyksen joukkueessa Vihtin pentukavereiden Vespan ja Kätkön kanssa. Vespan ja Viuhtin suoritukset olivat hyvin samanlaiset molemmille n. 29 / 40 pistettä. Kätkö oli sitten ihan huippu ja Kätkölle pisteitä 37 / 40.

Joukkueemme sijoitus 5 / 21 eli kokonaisuutena kelpo suoritus ❣️

Result: Genotype N/N

 Interpretation: The examined animal is homozygous for the wildtype-allele. It does not carry the causative mutation for GR_PRA1 in the SLC4A3-gene.

Progressive Retinaatrophy (GR_PRA2) - PCR

Result: Genotype N/N

Interpretation: The examined animal is homozygous for the wildtype-allele. It does not carry the causative mutation for GR_PRA2 in the TTC8-gene.

prcd-PRA (partner lab) - PCR

Result: Genotype N/N (A)

Interpretation: The examined animal is homozygous for the wildtype-allele. It does not carry the causative mutation for prcd-PRA in the PRCD-gene.

Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuszinosis (NCL) -PCR

Result: Genotype N/N

Interpretation: The examined animal is homozygous for the wildtype-allele. It does not carry the causative mutation for NCL in the CLN5-gene.

Muscular Dystrophy - PCR

Result: Genotype female X(N)/X(N), male X(N)/Y

Interpretation: The examined animal is homozygous for the wildtype-allele. It does not carry the causative mutation for GRMD in the dystrophin-gene.

Ichthyosis - PCR

Result: Genotype N/N

Interpretation: The examined animal is homozygous for the wildtype-allele. It does not carry the causative mutation for ichthyosis in the PNPLA1-gene.
